To provide training to illiterates with age between 15 to 50 years to read and write and to appear in NIOS examination(literacy test), to become literate and get certified as literate

All illiterates in village aged between 15 to 50 years

Applicants can approach Village Coordinator for Saakshar Bharat at village level and enroll for the training program
